All you need is a sheet of paper on which your leg, pencil and ruler fit completely.

Put a piece of paper on the floor against the wall. Stand on the paper and press the heel to a light touch to the wall.

Make a mark on the paper where the tip of the thumb ends. Repeat the procedure with the other leg.

Measure the length of each label and match it with the size chart. Should be guided by the longest leg.
